Handball
This course exposes students to the basics of handball, including the game’s history, rules, officiating, principles of individual and team training, equipment, tournament management, safety, health, and proper playing techniques. By the end of the course, students will be able to organize a mini-tournament as part of the final assessment.
Football
This course introduces students to the fundamentals of football, covering its history, rules, officiating, individual and team training principles, equipment, tournament management, safety, health, and proper playing techniques. By the end of the course, students will organize a final project as part of the final assessment.
Netball
This course exposes students to the basics of netball, including its history, rules, officiating, principles of individual and team training, equipment, tournament management, safety, health, and proper playing techniques. By the end of the course, students will organize a final project as part of the final assessment.
Futsal
This course introduces students to the basics of futsal, covering its history, rules, officiating, individual and team training principles, equipment, tournament management, safety, health, and proper playing techniques. Swimming and Lifesaving
This course introduces swimming and lifesaving, covering its history, rules, officiating, individual and team training principles, equipment, tournament management, safety, health, and proper swimming techniques. By the end of the course, students will organize a final project as part of the final assessment.
Kayaking
This course introduces students to the basics of kayaking, focusing on safety while kayaking, principles of individual and team training, equipment, tournament management, safety, health, proper handling techniques, and mastering essential skills in sports science. By the end of the course, students will be able to organize a mini-competition as part of the final assessment.
Badminton
This course exposes students to the fundamentals of badminton, including its history, rules, officiating, individual and team training principles, equipment, tournament management, safety, health, and proper playing techniques. By the end of the course, students will organise a final project as part of the final assessment.
Tennis
This course introduces students to the basics of tennis, covering its history, rules, officiating, principles of individual and team training, equipment, tournament management, safety, health, and proper playing techniques. Volleyball
This course provides knowledge of the origins and history of volleyball in Malaysia. Practically, students will learn the fundamentals of volleyball, focusing on mastering playing techniques. Students will also explore using different senses, such as intellect, emotions, and intuition, to play volleyball effectively. The course includes both theoretical and practical components.
Takraw
This course introduces students to the origins and history of sepak takraw in Malaysia. Practically, students will learn the fundamentals of the sport, focusing on mastering techniques used in the game. Students will also explore using intellect, emotions, and intuition to play sepak takraw effectively. The course includes both theoretical and practical components.
Lawn Bowl
This course exposes students to the basics of lawn bowling, including its history, rules, officiating, principles of individual and team training, equipment, tournament management, safety, health, and proper playing techniques. Table Tennis

Chess
This course introduces students to the basics of chess, including symbolic notation in the game, recording and making chess moves correctly, understanding the rules applied in chess, and using a chess clock. Additionally, students will learn chess strategies at different game stages—opening, middle, and endgame. The course also emphasizes analyzing opponents’ weaknesses, developing strategic thinking, and fostering critical and innovative thought processes.

Archery

Cycling is a popular sport enjoyed by people from all walks of life. It is a sport that attracts participants from diverse ethnic backgrounds and genders without any dominant group. This sport requires high skill levels, advanced tactical approaches, and a complex energy system. Learning proper cycling techniques requires a structured teaching system. By the end of the course, students will organize a final project as part of the final assessment.
Taekwondo
This course introduces students to the fundamentals of Taekwondo, covering its history, rules, officiating, mental strength, individual and team training principles, equipment, safety, health, self-defence techniques, and mastering basic Taekwondo skills. The course also focuses on the fundamental movements, forms, and key defensive manoeuvres.
Silat
This course provides knowledge on the art of Silat, including its history, different categories, fundamental movements, and techniques. The course also emphasizes mastering basic self-defence skills, including mental training, spiritual growth, discipline, and teamwork. It covers fundamental movements, offensive techniques such as strikes and kicks, and their application in Silat sports competitions. A final project will be conducted as part of the course assessment.
