In addition, students will learn and analyze leadership theories, organizational theories, and effective communication theories as an introduction to leadership skills. Students will also analyze the challenges and requirements needed to become outstanding leaders and the leadership styles and patterns in Malaysia and globally. This will enable them to evaluate leadership situations based on these concepts. This course offers a unique value-added experience for students. It serves as a platform for them to become Muslim leaders in line with USIM\u2019s vision and mission to serve Malaysian society and the world. It serves as a unique value-added experience for students and a platform for them to understand their roles in fostering unity and tolerance, ultimately emerging as Muslim leaders who comprehend the dynamics of a multiracial, multireligious, and multicultural society in Malaysia.
