In addition, they will learn and analyze management theories, organizational theories, and effective communication theories as part of their teamwork skill development. Students will also analyze the challenges and needs faced by mosque institutions today. This course provides students with a unique added value and serves as a platform for them to become Muslim leaders in line with USIM&#8217;s vision and mission to serve Malaysian society and the world. The course is conducted through discussions and Problem-Based Learning (PBL), which fosters critical thinking regarding current management patterns based on Islamic leadership concepts.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-column content-box-column content-box-column content-box-column-2 col-lg-12 col-md-12 col-sm-12 fusion-content-box-hover content-box-column-last-in-row\"><div class=\"col content-box-wrapper content-wrapper link-area-link-icon icon-hover-animation-fade\" style=\"background-color:transparent;\" data-animationOffset=\"100%\"><div class=\"heading heading-with-icon icon-left\"><div class=\"icon\"><i style=\"border-color:#333333;border-width:1px;background-color:#ff9800;box-sizing:content-box;height:42px;width:42px;line-height:42px;border-radius:50%;color:#ffffff;font-size:21px;\" class=\"fontawesome-icon fa-hands fas circle-yes\"><\/i><\/div><h2 class=\"content-box-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:23px;\">Transformation in Protection of Children, Women, and the Elderly<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><div class=\"content-container\" style=\"color:#747474;\">\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This course focuses on children, women, and the elderly, who are often victims of neglect, abuse, mistreatment, and crimes. Issues concerning these groups transcend borders, and such incidents are increasing annually. Discussions in this course cover the position of children, women, and the elderly in Islam, as well as social and humanitarian issues affecting them. Emphasis is given to the causes of these problems and the factors that increase their vulnerability to neglect, abuse, exploitation, manipulation, mistreatment, and crime. Other topics include the protection and welfare of children, women, and the elderly at the global, regional, and national levels, particularly in Malaysia. Attention is also given to the efforts that society can undertake to address the issues surrounding these groups, ensuring they are not left behind or neglected in the pursuit of societal progress. Students will also be exposed to community service related to the Quran and will apply their Quranic knowledge in community activities.
