The registration process for Credit-Bearing Co-Curricular Courses at PPKI is conducted online through the iStudent Portal. Registration can be made based on the availability of courses offered.
For new students, course registration will be completed by the registration staff as soon as the student enrols at the university. Meanwhile, existing (senior) students must register themselves online through the student portal (iStudent) two (2) weeks before the semester begins. Refer here.
The consequence of not registering for courses within the designated period is that the student’s status will be changed to ‘Not Registered,’ which indirectly prevents them from sitting for the final examination.
If a student fails to register for courses for two (2) consecutive semesters without a valid reason, they will be dismissed from their studies. Refer here.
Add courses: Week 1 to Week 2 of the semester.
Drop courses: Week 1 to Week 4 of the semester.
Withdraw from courses: Week 5 to Week 10 of the semester. Refer here.
