ADMINISTRATION DIVISION

  1. Carry out administrative, financial, and quality management tasks at PPKI.
  2. Implement planning, management, development, and integration of University Soft Skills (KI).
  3. Plan and manage the Credit-Bearing Co-Curriculum Course (KKB).
  4. Plan, manage, and implement Final Projects and Module Programs for KKB.
  5. Conduct awareness programs, promotions, campaigns, and related publicity efforts.

CO-CURRICULAR EXCELLENCE DIVISION

  1. Develop suitable modules for the Credit-Bearing Co-Curriculum Course (KKB)
  2. Review Course Files and Teaching Files.
  3. Coordinate with the Administration Division regarding PPKI trainers’ affairs.
  4. Oversee Teaching and Learning (T&L) for KKB, including quality management.
  5. Implement initiatives to instill and develop students’ Soft Skills through Credit-Bearing Co-Curriculum Learning.
  6. Coordinate and review student grading and assessment for KKB.
  7. Work closely with trainers to execute Final Projects and Module Programs for KKB students.
  8. Intensify efforts to enhance students’ Soft Skills in KKB
  9. Implementing efforts to integrate iNAQ into the KKB.
